Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing new client project implementations under the supervision of the Vice President or Sales Manager. This includes, but is not limited to, producing workflow and project analyses, working closely with clients, sales, and operation departments to ensure a smooth implementation. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the overall success of new client project implementations and will develop procedure documentation for each implementation.
