We have an opening in the Retail Department at Iowa State Bank! 

We are looking for outstanding candidates to apply for the position of Part-Time Teller at our Centerville branch. 
 

The successful Part-Time Teller candidate will be responsible for:

• -Maintaining and operating a teller drawer daily, accurately processing customer transactions and ensuring the vault is balanced at the end of the day.
• -Providing stellar customer service to all customers and upholding bank quality service goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:

• -Carry out detailed written or oral instructions and solve problems with simple and few concrete variables.
• -No previous banking experience is required.
• -Ability to operate calculators, teller machines and basic computer software.
• -Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail while working quickly and accurately.
• -Project a warm and friendly attitude in all contacts with bank personnel and the public as well as establish and maintain working relationships with fellow employees.
• -Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• -Ability to perform light physical labor (lifting up to 35lbs.), as well as perform drive-up lane mechanical and general teller functions, and stand for extended periods of time.
